Anyone else noticing hiring freezes/slowdowns?

Hey everyone, been at Agilent Life Sciences for a couple of years now, and lately, I've been getting a weird vibe. My team hasn't backfilled any open roles for months, and the usual trickle of new grad hires seems to have dried up. I've also heard whispers about tighter budgets for travel and training. It's not official, no one's saying 'layoffs,' but the atmosphere feels... cautious. I'm wondering if this is just a general industry slowdown or if there's something specific happening internally. Is anyone else in LSer seeing similar trends? Any insights or even just shared paranoia would be welcome. Trying not to spiral, but it's hard when the signals are all pointing to things tightening up.
