Has anyone received 'adjustment' notifications recently?

Throwaway account here. Trying to gauge if I'm alone or if others have had similar experiences lately. Received a vague HR notification about 'organizational adjustments' and a 'review of roles' impacting my team. No specific timeline, no clear reasons given, just corporate speak. It's making the workday pretty stressful, honestly. Just want to know if this is a widespread thing at Agilent LSI right now, or if I should be preparing for the worst. The lack of transparency is the worst part. Anyone else in a similar boat and willing to share what they're hearing, even unofficially?

I haven't personally received any direct notifications about 'adjustments' or 'role reviews' on my team, but the general atmosphere has definitely felt a bit tense lately. There's a lot of quiet speculation, and the lack of concrete information from management is fueling the anxiety for many, myself included. It's understandable to feel stressed when the future feels so uncertain and communication is so sparse. Hopefully, more clarity will be provided soon, but it's definitely a difficult time to navigate.

Yeah, that sounds all too familiar. My department got a similar email about 'strategic realignments' a few weeks back. It was packed with corporate jargon and offered zero specifics.
