LSI - Morale and Rumors

Hey everyone, been working in LSI for a bit now and lately the atmosphere feels... off. Lots of hushed conversations, people being more secretive about projects. My direct manager is being super cagey about future plans, and there's been a noticeable increase in 'efficiency reviews' and talk about 'streamlining'. Haven't seen any official announcements or heard anything concrete about layoffs, but the undercurrent of unease is palpable. Anyone else in LSI picking up on this? Are there any departments that seem more affected than others? Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or something more localized to specific teams. Curious to hear if others have similar observations or any actual intel. Feels like we're just waiting for something to happen.
