Hey everyone, has anyone else felt a shift in how projects are being prioritized lately? It feels like there's been a lot of internal talk about 'streamlining' and 'focusing on core competencies,' which usually sounds good on paper, but the execution feels a bit... frantic. We've had a couple of high-profile projects put on indefinite hold with very little explanation, and some teams are being asked to pivot to seemingly less critical initiatives. This isn't the first time I've seen this happen before more significant organizational changes. Just trying to gauge if this is a company-wide trend or if I'm just in a particularly volatile department. Curious to hear what others are seeing on the ground.

I've definitely noticed a similar vibe.
