AIG: Any whispers about upcoming changes?

Been hearing some chatter on the street and through the grapevine lately. Seems like things are a bit unsettled across the industry, and AIG isn't immune. Haven't seen any official announcements or anything concrete, but the general vibe feels... off. Anyone else picking up on anything? Are teams being restructured, or is it just the usual end-of-year jitters? Curious to hear what others might be hearing, especially from different departments. Trying to get a sense of the climate without causing unnecessary panic. Stay safe out there.

Yeah, I've been feeling it too. It's more than just end-of-year. Seems like there's a definite shift happening, though nobody can quite put their finger on it. My team hasn't heard anything official, but there's definitely a buzz about potential reorganizations and maybe even some strategic pivots. It's making people a bit nervous, as you can imagine. Just trying to keep my head down and focus on my work, but it's hard not to notice the underlying tension. Hoping for clarity soon.

Honestly, I'm not hearing much beyond the usual rumors that circulate this time of year. Companies always go through periods of 'adjustment,' and it rarely amounts to anything significant unless there's a major market event. Unless you've seen specific data or a leaked memo, I'd take most of this chatter with a grain of salt. Focus on delivering results, and whatever changes come will be easier to navigate if your performance is solid. Don't let the whispers distract you.
