And the severance packages offered for those who 'choose' to leave seem a little more generous than usual, almost like they're trying to buy people out quietly. Has anyone else gotten this vibe? Feels like a way to trim headcount without the messy public optics of actual layoffs. Curious if this is just my department or a wider trend.
