Is anyone else feeling the pressure on individual contributions?

Lately, it feels like there's a much sharper focus on what each individual is delivering, almost to the point of feeling like a constant evaluation. Projects that used to have a bit more collaborative breathing room now feel like they're being dissected for individual output. I'm not sure if it's just my team or a wider shift in how performance is being measured, but it's definitely making things feel a bit more stressful. Anyone else experiencing this increased pressure to constantly 'prove' their value on paper?

I've noticed a similar trend. It feels like the emphasis has shifted from team success to individual metrics, which can be isolating. It's tough when collaborative efforts are downplayed in favor of quantifying personal contributions. Makes you wonder if the focus is on quantity over quality, or if there's a misunderstanding of how innovation truly happens. Hope it eases up soon.

Totally get what you're saying. There's a definite 'spotlight' feeling lately, where every task, no matter how small, seems to be scrutinized for its individual impact. It can stifle creativity when you're constantly worried about how your specific piece fits into the bigger picture, rather than just contributing to a shared goal. It’s a lot of pressure.
