Just wanted to see if others are feeling this too. Lately, it feels like there's a general sense of unease and frankly, a dip in morale. People seem less engaged, more quiet during meetings, and the usual office chatter is noticeably subdued. I've heard a few whispers here and there, but nothing concrete. It's not just one department either, seems to be spreading. Anyone else picking up on this? Is it the economic outlook, company direction, or something else entirely?
