Yeah, that memo definitely gave me a weird vibe too. 'Optimizing our market position' sounds like corporate speak for 'we're figuring out who we don't need anymore.' Honestly, I think 'strategic realignment' is just the flavor of the month for restructuring. Companies do this all the time to shake things up and maybe boost investor confidence, even if nothing fundamentally changes. Don't panic just yet. Focus on your performance and document your contributions. If there are cuts, strong performers often have more options, whether internally or externally. Keep your head down for now.
