Any word on AP's Q3 earnings impacting headcount?

Hey everyone, lurking for a while, but decided to post. Seeing a lot of chatter across different industries about potential cuts, and I'm starting to feel a bit uneasy about Air Products. Q3 earnings are coming up soon, and while the company has been solid historically, I haven't heard anything concrete about layoffs. Does anyone have any insider info or even just a gut feeling about what the outlook is? Are departments being consolidated, or are there whispers of hiring freezes? Been keeping an eye on AP myself. While I haven't heard any official layoff news, the general economic climate is definitely making people nervous. I'm hoping Q3 results will give us a clearer picture. Historically, AP has weathered storms well, so fingers crossed they can maintain that track record. It's always tough when there's uncertainty, but focusing on our work and demonstrating value is probably the best approach right now.
