Anyone else feel like the company is just... spinning its wheels?

Lately, it feels like we're constantly rearranging the deck chairs. All this talk about 'strategic realignment' and 'future growth opportunities' sounds good on paper, but I'm not seeing much tangible progress or clear direction. Projects seem to get shelved or completely re-scoped every few months, and the 'why' behind these shifts is never really explained. It's hard to stay motivated when you feel like the work you're doing today might be irrelevant tomorrow. I'm starting to wonder if management has a solid plan or if they're just reacting to market noise. Anyone else picking up on this vibe? Trying to figure out if it's just me or a broader sentiment.

I hear you. The lack of clear direction is definitely a drag on morale. It feels like we're chasing shiny objects without a solid plan, and the constant changes make it tough to feel like you're making real headway. It would be a lot easier to get behind initiatives if there was a clearer vision and consistent communication about *why* we're pivoting. Hopefully, things will stabilize soon.
