Anyone else feeling the pinch at Air Products?

Been with AP for a few years now, and while there haven't been any official announcements, I've definitely noticed a shift in the last couple of quarters. Budgets seem tighter, project scopes are being questioned more than usual, and there's a general sense of 'watching our backs.' My team hasn't had any cuts, but we've lost a couple of people who've left for other opportunities, and management hasn't been quick to replace them. It feels like a 'do more with less' environment is setting in. Anyone else in different departments seeing the same thing? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or just specific to certain areas. Curious to hear what others are experiencing.
