Rethinking my career path after this last year

Honestly, the last year at Air Products has been a rollercoaster. We've seen a lot of reshuffling, and while I've been fortunate to keep my role, the constant churn and lack of clear direction on some key initiatives has been exhausting. It feels like we're constantly reacting rather than proactively driving. I'm starting to question if this is the right long-term fit for me. The benefits are decent, and the pay is okay, but the stress and the feeling of being on shaky ground are starting to outweigh the positives. Has anyone else had these kinds of thoughts? Considering looking around, but the market feels a bit uncertain too. Just venting, I guess.
