Anyone else feeling the recruiting pressure at Airbnb?

Hey everyone, been seeing some chatter around the internet about Airbnb's recruiting team. While there haven't been any official announcements here, I've noticed a definite shift in our own department. It feels like there's a lot more scrutiny on headcount and a general slowdown in bringing new folks on board, especially outside of critical roles. We've seen some internal reorgs too, which always makes people nervous. Just wondering if others in different departments are feeling a similar vibe. Is it just a seasonal thing, or are we bracing for something bigger? Trying to gauge the temperature here without causing unnecessary panic, but the whispers are getting louder.
