Anyone else seeing significant project scope cuts at Airbnb?

Feeling a bit uneasy lately. Been at Airbnb for a few years now and while there haven't been any official layoffs announced, I'm noticing a definite shift. Several key projects I'm involved in have had their scope drastically reduced, and some initiatives seem to have been quietly shelved altogether. Team leads are being cagey about the reasons, just saying 'strategic adjustments.' It feels like a pre-layoff environment where they're trimming fat before making any bigger moves. We're still shipping features, but it feels like the ambition is being dialed back significantly. Is anyone else seeing this trend? Are these resource constraints, or a sign of something bigger coming down the pipeline? This constant uncertainty is exhausting.

I've definitely seen some similar signs. Projects getting scaled back, resources reallocated without clear explanations – it's creating a lot of uncertainty. The 'strategic adjustments' line is getting old. People are starting to whisper about what it really means.
