I heard they're still offering the same package as last time – basically, X weeks per year of service, with a minimum. But things change so fast. Definitely confirm with someone who's actually gone through it recently. Don't make a huge decision based on rumors. Maybe quietly reach out to someone who left recently via LinkedIn and ask them directly? Good luck!
Honestly, focusing only on the severance package is short-sighted. While it's tempting to wait for a potential payout, consider the opportunity cost of staying in a job where you're clearly not engaged. That constant stress and lack of fulfillment adds up. Factor in the potential for career growth and salary bumps at a new company. Sometimes, betting on yourself is the better long-term strategy.
