Anyone else feeling the pressure lately?

Been at ALB for a few years now, and things have felt... different the last couple of quarters. It's not just the usual quarterly stress. Seems like everyone's walking on eggshells. More 'let's circle back' and less decisive action on projects. Budgets are definitely tighter, and there's a lot more scrutiny on expenses. Saw a few reorgs in different departments too, nothing major announced, but definitely shuffling. Is this just me or is there a general sense of unease that I'm picking up on? Curious to hear what others are experiencing across different divisions.

I'm feeling it too. It's like the company is holding its breath. The increased scrutiny on everything is palpable, and the 'wait and see' attitude on initiatives is really starting to slow things down. I've noticed more collaboration requests that don't seem to lead anywhere concrete. Definitely a change from how things felt even a year ago. Hope it's just a temporary phase.

You're not alone. The atmosphere has definitely shifted. There's a quiet tension that wasn't there before, and the budget constraints are impacting day-to-day operations more than usual. The lack of clear direction on some projects is frustrating, and the feeling of being constantly watched makes it hard to be proactive. Just trying to stay focused on my own tasks and hope for some stability soon.
