Anyone else feeling the squeeze at Albemarle?

Lately, things just feel... off. Management talks a good game about growth and innovation, but the vibe on the ground is different. There's been a lot of reshuffling in some departments, and a few key people have quietly moved on. No official announcements, but the whispers are getting louder. I've been here a few years and usually feel pretty secure, but lately, I'm finding myself double-checking my resume and keeping an eye on the market. Anyone else in a similar boat? Is it just my department or is this a broader trend at ALB? Curious to hear if others are feeling this uncertainty or if I'm just overthinking it. Trying to stay optimistic but it's hard when you see the signs.

Yeah, I'm definitely feeling it too, though maybe from a slightly different angle. We haven't had major reshuffles in my team, but the workload has definitely ramped up without a corresponding increase in resources or headcount. It feels like they're expecting more with less, and it's starting to wear on people. The 'whispers' you mention are definitely circulating here too; it's hard to ignore when you see experienced colleagues looking stressed or suddenly gone. Trying to stay positive but it's getting tougher to ignore the undercurrent.
