Anyone else seeing a weird increase in 're-org' chatter?

Lately, there's been a lot of hushed talk about potential 're-organizations' at different levels. It's vague, and no one seems to have concrete details, but it's definitely making people nervous. It feels different from the usual annual shuffling. Feels more like they're trying to streamline or consolidate functions. Honestly, the lack of clear communication is the worst part. Just the whispers are enough to make you look over your shoulder. Anyone hearing anything more specific about what this 're-org' might actually entail?

Yeah, I'm hearing similar things. It's definitely creating a tense atmosphere. The lack of transparency is driving people nuts. Feels like they're prepping for something big, whether it's cost-cutting or a strategic shift. Best advice I can give is to focus on your own performance and document everything. If changes do come, you'll be in a better position. Stay vigilant, but don't let the whispers consume you.

Honestly, I'm not sure it's anything out of the ordinary. Companies do 're-orgs' all the time, especially after major market shifts like what we've seen in the lithium space. They always try to put a positive spin on it, but often it just means people are moving around or teams are being combined. I'd wait for official announcements before getting too worked up. The rumor mill is always churning, especially when things are a bit uncertain.
