Feeling uncertain about the future at Albemarle - what's going on?

Is it just me, or has the atmosphere at Albemarle shifted recently? I've been here a few years and things usually feel pretty stable, but lately there's been a noticeable increase in anxiety. People are hesitant to talk about long-term projects, and there's a general sense of 'waiting for the other shoe to drop'.
