Long-term career path at ALB - is it still solid?

Been at Albemarle for a while and generally happy, but I'm starting to question where things are headed long-term. Saw some industry news about shifts in the chemical sector, and it got me thinking about how that might trickle down here. We've had some leadership changes over the past year or two, and while they seem competent, it feels like the strategic direction isn't as clear as it used to be. I'm not talking about immediate layoffs or anything like that, more about the overall health and growth trajectory of the company. Anyone else in a similar boat, re-evaluating their position and looking at what the next 5-10 years might hold here? Curious to hear others' perspectives on career development and stability within ALB.

I hear you. It's natural to feel a bit uncertain when there's movement in leadership and broader industry shifts. I've noticed the same sort of buzz around here. While immediate job security feels okay, it's the long-term vision that's harder to grasp these days. Hopefully, the new leaders will articulate a clearer path forward soon, especially given how crucial our work is to the evolving energy landscape.
