With all the chatter about economic headwinds and the general slowdown in some sectors, I'm starting to wonder about our year-end bonuses and any potential raises. Historically, Albemarle has been pretty solid, but I'm hearing mixed signals from different teams. Some are saying it's business as usual, others are hinting at being more conservative this cycle.
