Hey everyone, been at Align for a few years now, and things feel a little...uncertain lately. No official word on anything, but I'm hearing more and more chatter amongst colleagues about potential headcount reductions. It's not just one or two people; it seems to be spreading across different departments. Performance reviews just wrapped up, and the feedback felt a bit more guarded than usual. Also noticed some project scopes being re-evaluated and tightened up. Just wondering if anyone else is picking up on similar vibes or has heard anything more concrete. Trying to gauge the general sentiment and prepare myself mentally. Not trying to spread panic, just gather information. Anyone in leadership or close to it have any insights, even if anonymized?
