Anyone else feeling the pressure at Align?

Lately, the vibe in our department has been… intense. Lots of whispers, people looking over their shoulders. We had a town hall last week, and while leadership tried to spin it positively, the underlying message felt like 'brace yourselves.' My manager has been super cagey about project roadmaps, and a few of my close work friends have hinted that they're updating their resumes. Is anyone else seeing similar signs? Trying to figure out if it's just my team or a broader thing happening at Align. It's making it hard to focus on the actual work when the uncertainty is so high. Just hoping for some clarity or shared experiences here.
