Anyone else feeling the pressure with Q3 numbers?

Hey everyone, been with Align for a few years now and things have been feeling... different lately. My manager's been really pushing on metrics, and it's not just the usual "let's do better" kind of talk. It feels like there's a real focus on individual performance hitting targets, and frankly, it's making the whole team on edge. Are others seeing this? Is it just my department or is this a company-wide thing? Not seeing any official layoff news, but the vibe is definitely tense. Just trying to gauge if I'm overthinking this or if others are feeling the same heat. Any similar experiences or insights would be appreciated.
