Did budgets get slashed or is it just me?

Lately, it feels like every discretionary spend is getting scrutinized to death. Travel requests are being questioned more than ever, training budgets are seemingly frozen, and even small team lunches are a hard no. On top of that, my team's project roadmap has had a couple of 're-prioritizations' that feel more like cuts. I haven't heard any whispers of layoffs directly, but the financial belt-tightening feels pretty significant. Is this happening across other departments? Are we just gearing up for a tough economic period, or is something else going on behind the scenes at Align? It's hard to plan and stay motivated when you feel like resources are being pulled back. Curious to hear if anyone else is experiencing this level of financial scrutiny.
