Hiring freeze? Anyone else seeing this?

Hey folks, has anyone else noticed a significant slowdown in hiring at Align? I've been keeping an eye on internal postings and external roles, and it feels like things have really tightened up over the last couple of months. Roles that would typically be filled quickly are sitting open for ages, and new requisitions seem few and far between. Even the internal transfer process seems to have hit a wall. It's making me a bit nervous about the broader financial health of the company, especially with the current economic climate. Wondering if this is a company-wide thing or just specific departments. Anyone have any insights or similar observations? Trying not to jump to conclusions, but it's definitely a change from how things were even six months ago.
