Been keeping an eye on open roles at Align, both for internal movement and just general market awareness. Over the past month or so, it feels like the number of new requisitions has really slowed down. I haven't seen any official announcement about a hiring freeze, but the lack of new postings is making me wonder. Is anyone in recruiting or management seeing this? Are departments being told to hold off on backfills or new hires? Just trying to get a pulse on the situation before things potentially get weird. It's a bit unsettling not knowing the full picture.
