Honestly, I haven't noticed a significant change. Things feel pretty much status quo to me. We have our challenges, sure, but that's normal for any company of this size. Maybe the 'dip' you're sensing is more localized to your department or team? I'd suggest talking directly to your manager about your concerns rather than relying on general 'vibes'. Sometimes the simplest explanation is the most accurate one – people are just heads-down working.
