So, performance review season just wrapped up, and honestly, it felt a bit different this year. Usually, there's a clear path, even if it's just a 'meets expectations.' But this time around, a lot of people in my team, and even people I've talked to in other departments, got feedback that was vague or seemed like a precursor to something. It wasn't outright negative for most, but definitely not the usual 'good job, keep it up.' Feels like management is hedging their bets or setting the stage for something. Anyone else get a weird vibe from their reviews? Was it just my manager, or is this a broader trend across Align?
