Hey all, been seeing some weird stuff around Align recently and wanted to see if anyone else is picking up on it. My team's been pretty quiet, and projects that were supposed to be ramping up seem to be on hold, or at least moving at a snail's pace. I've also noticed a lot of internal movement, people shifting teams or leaving seemingly out of the blue. No official announcements or anything, but it feels like a shift in the air. Anyone else's department experiencing this? Trying to gauge if this is an Align-wide thing or just my corner of the company. Is it just me, or is there a general sense of uncertainty creeping in? Trying to figure out if I should be updating my resume or just buckle down and wait it out. Any insights or similar observations would be helpful. Thanks.

I've been picking up on similar signals. Project timelines do feel a bit fluid, and the constant reevaluation of priorities is noticeable.
