Anyone else feel like we're on thinner ice than usual?

Hey everyone. Been with Allegion for a few years now, mostly in the [Department Name, e.g., Engineering/Ops/Sales] side. Lately, I've been getting a weird vibe. There's been a lot of hushed conversations, and leadership seems to be doing a lot of 'strategic realignment' presentations that feel... off. Not sure if it's just my department or if it's company-wide, but the usual buzz just isn't there anymore. People seem a bit more guarded, and there's definitely an undercurrent of 'what's next?'. No official word on anything, but the atmosphere feels different. Anyone else picking up on this? Trying to gauge if I'm overthinking it or if others are feeling the same kind of unease.
