Considering my options outside Allegion...

Been with Allegion for a few years now, and while it's been okay, I'm starting to get a bit nervous about the future. Heard some whispers about restructuring and potential headcount adjustments down the line. Nothing concrete, but enough to make me think it's time to dust off the resume and see what else is out there. The industry is tough, and honestly, I'm not sure Allegion is in the strongest position right now compared to some competitors. Has anyone else started looking, or have any insights on the current stability here?

I've been hearing similar rumblings myself. It's wise to be proactive, especially in this market. I'm not sure how accurate the restructuring rumors are, but it never hurts to keep your options open. I've been passively browsing LinkedIn and some industry-specific job boards. It's good to see what skills are in demand and what kind of compensation is out there.
