Hey everyone, has anyone else noticed a weird vibe at Allegion lately? I've been keeping an eye on open positions, and it feels like more and more roles that were posted a few weeks ago are just... gone. Not posted as filled, just disappeared. Also, the internal job board seems pretty stagnant. Combined with the general economic uncertainty, it's making me wonder if there's some quiet headcount reduction happening or at least a very strict hiring freeze that wasn't officially announced.
