Is anyone else feeling the pressure in their role?

Been with Allegion for a few years now and usually, there's a certain rhythm to things. But over the last quarter, it feels like the pressure has ramped up considerably. Workloads seem to be increasing without a corresponding increase in headcount or resources. I've heard whispers about strategic reviews and 'efficiency improvements,' which always makes me a little nervous. The company communication hasn't been super clear on future plans, leaving a lot of room for speculation. Just wondering if this is a common sentiment across different teams or if I'm just in a particularly intense pocket. Curious to hear if others are feeling this heightened level of scrutiny or if it's just my imagination running wild.

I've definitely felt that ramp-up too. It feels like we're being asked to do more with less, and the lack of clear communication about the 'efficiency improvements' is unsettling. It's hard to stay motivated when you don't know what's coming or if your hard work is actually contributing to a stable future. Hoping for more transparency soon.

I can relate. The pressure has been noticeable, and it's creating a bit of an anxious atmosphere. While I understand the need for efficiency, the current approach seems to be creating stress rather than fostering productivity. It would be beneficial to have a clearer understanding of the company's direction and how these changes will impact our day-to-day roles.
