Morale seems to be taking a hit lately

I've been with Allegion for a few years now, and while there are always ups and downs, the general vibe seems pretty low these days. People are quieter in meetings, less collaboration happening organically, and there's a definite sense of anxiety that wasn't there before. It's hard to pinpoint one single cause, but it feels like a culmination of things – the whispers about hiring freezes, the constant project re-scoping, and maybe just a general uncertainty about the future. I've overheard a few hushed conversations that are definitely not positive. Management seems aware, but the communication hasn't exactly been reassuring. Anyone else feeling this dip in morale? How are you coping or trying to stay motivated?
