Management keeps talking about 'optimizing operations' and 'streamlining processes,' but it feels like more than just standard business talk. People are a bit more tight-lipped, and there's a general sense of uncertainty. Anyone else picking up on this? Are there specific departments feeling it more than others? Just trying to gauge the general sentiment out there. Not hearing anything concrete, but the whispers are there. Totally get what you mean. Heard similar things from colleagues in different divisions. The 'streamlining' talk feels like it's everywhere, and it's definitely causing some jitters.
