I've been checking this forum regularly, hoping for some clarity, but it's pretty quiet for Allstate right now. No official word on layoffs, but the lack of clear direction on some initiatives and the general slowdown in hiring has me wondering. Is leadership being transparent, or are we in a holding pattern? My team's workload has been inconsistent, and there's a lot of 'wait and see' mentality. Trying to plan my career path here, but it's tough without knowing the company's stability. The lack of definitive information is definitely a source of anxiety for many of us. It's tough to stay motivated and engaged when there's so much uncertainty.
