Worried about my role at Allstate - the vibe feels off

I've been with Allstate for a few years now, and honestly, the atmosphere has shifted. It used to feel pretty stable, but lately, there's been a lot of talk about economic headwinds and the need to 'right-size' certain areas. My manager is being cagey, just saying 'we're evaluating everything,' which is never a good sign. I'm starting to feel really uneasy about my position. My workload hasn't decreased, but the constant talk about cost-cutting is making me paranoid. Has anyone else felt this shift? Are there specific divisions that seem more vulnerable? I'm starting to think about updating my resume, which is a depressing thought. Just want to see if others are feeling this chill wind too. It's hard to contribute your best work when you're constantly looking over your shoulder. Any advice or shared experiences would be helpful.
