Altria: Morale is tanking - Anyone else?

Seriously, what is going on at Altria? It feels like a ghost town some days. People are quiet, meetings are shorter, and there's this constant low hum of anxiety. I've been here a few years and this is the lowest I've seen morale. It's not just the usual Q4 jitters. It feels deeper than that. Are we all just supposed to ignore the headlines about the industry and focus on our individual KPIs? I'm starting to question the long-term stability here, and it's hard to stay motivated when you feel like the rug could be pulled out from under you at any moment. Anyone else feeling this pervasive sense of dread, or am I isolated in this feeling? Need to know if I'm going crazy.

I hear you. It's tough when the general mood feels so heavy. The uncertainty definitely doesn't help anyone's motivation. Trying to stay focused on the day-to-day tasks is a challenge when there's so much chatter about the bigger picture, or lack thereof. It's understandable to feel that way and to question things when the energy feels so different. Hope things start to pick up soon.

Yeah, the atmosphere has been palpable lately. It's more than just rumors, you can feel the tension in the air. It's hard to ignore the external pressures and pretend everything is business as usual internally.
