Hey everyone, been with Altria for a few years now and things feel... uncertain lately. Not hearing any official word about layoffs, but there's definitely a strange vibe in some departments. Been seeing more internal restructuring and some teams seem to be consolidating. Is anyone else noticing this? It's hard not to worry when you see these kinds of shifts. Trying to stay focused on my work, but it's tough when the background noise is all about 'efficiency' and 'synergies'.
