Hey everyone, posting anonymously because, you know. Just curious if anyone else has noticed a weird vibe around the office lately? People seem a bit more on edge, quieter in meetings, and there's this general feeling of uncertainty. My manager is being super vague about future projects and resource allocation. It feels like something's brewing, and not in a good way. Heard some whispers about budget cuts being discussed at higher levels, but nothing concrete. Is it just me, or is the atmosphere at Altria really shifting? Trying to gauge if this is a company-wide thing or if I'm just in a department that's feeling the pinch more. Anyone else picking up on this? What's your take on it? Are you seeing similar things in your teams?

Yeah, I've definitely felt it too. It’s like walking on eggshells lately. People are hesitant to speak up, and the silence in team huddles is deafening. Honestly, I haven't noticed anything drastically different. Maybe it's just a temporary lull or a few departments are going through something specific. Managers are often vague about future plans; that's just how it goes sometimes, especially in larger companies where things can change quickly. I'd focus on doing your best work and not getting caught up in the rumor mill unless something concrete surfaces.
