Another round of cuts, anyone in FL affected?

Just saw the news about another wave of layoffs hitting Amazon, this time mentioning Florida specifically. Hearing around X employees impacted, starting July 20th. This is getting ridiculous. Feels like every few months there's a new round. Anyone else in Florida get the dreaded email or heard anything more specific about which teams or roles are being hit this time? Trying to get a sense of the scale and if it's widespread or concentrated in certain areas. It's tough out here, especially after seeing so many posts about the job market being saturated already.

Ugh, that's brutal. I haven't heard anything directly, but I'm bracing myself. The constant news of layoffs is incredibly unsettling. Makes you wonder where it's all heading. Hope you and anyone else in Florida stay safe through this. It's a rough climate for sure.

Saw the reports too. It's disheartening to see so many people affected. No word from my end yet, but the anxiety is real. Seems like no one is truly safe with these recurring waves. Really hoping for some stability soon for everyone at Amazon.
