Honestly, after the latest news and seeing how many people are being let go, it's hard not to feel disposable. We pour so much into this place, and then one day your access just gets revoked. I get that companies need to adapt, but the way these layoffs seem to happen, with little transparency and often affecting people who were hitting their targets, it just feels… off. It makes you question the long-term stability and whether individual contributions even matter in the grand scheme of things. Is this just the nature of big tech now, or is Amazon doing something particularly… detached? Feels less like a career and more like a temporary gig, even after years of service. Anyone else feeling this existential dread?
