If the worst happens, what's Amazon's severance usually like?

Okay, so I'm in AWS, been here about 6 years, SWE II on a mid-level team. We haven't had any official news, but the general uncertainty is starting to get to me. I've been thinking about worst-case scenarios, and if things *did* go south, what does severance typically look like here? I've heard it varies wildly depending on level and tenure. Is it usually a few weeks per year of service? Any chance of extended health benefits? Asking for a friend (who is me). Just trying to be as prepared as possible, mentally and practically. Seeing some other companies do layoffs and it's making me anxious.
