Amex - Seeing some reorgs, but no official word?

Hey all, been at Amex for a few years now in [Department/Team - e.g., Marketing, Tech, Risk]. Lately, there's been a lot of quiet shuffling. My team lost a couple of people last month, not through layoffs but just 'departures', and we've also had some internal reorgs happening. My manager is pretty tight-lipped, just says it's 'strategic realignment'. I've seen some posts about other financial institutions doing cuts, and while Amex hasn't announced anything officially, the vibe feels a bit tense. Performance reviews are coming up, and I've heard whispers about stricter guidelines and higher bars for ratings. Anyone else in a similar boat? Wondering if this is leading to something bigger, or if it's just the usual 'efficiency' push that happens every so often. Trying not to stress, but it's hard not to overthink when things feel uncertain.
