Hey all, been with ATC for a few years now, and lately, the vibe feels... different. Not sure if it's just my department or a broader thing, but there's a definite undercurrent of uncertainty. Project pipelines seem a bit leaner, and there's been more talk about 'efficiency' and 'optimization' than usual. Usually, we're pretty insulated in this industry, but with interest rates and the general economic outlook, I'm starting to wonder if even ATC is feeling the pinch. Anyone else in other divisions seeing similar trends? Is it just the usual cyclical stuff, or are we looking at a potential slowdown? Trying to get a read on the room without causing unnecessary panic, but it's hard not to notice the shift. Any insights or similar observations would be appreciated.
