Anyone else feeling the jitters at ATC?

Been with American Tower for a few years now, and honestly, things have felt a bit...uneasy lately. Not hearing any specific layoff rumors, but there's a definite shift in the air. Projects seem to be getting scrutinized more, and there's a general sense of 'doing more with less.' I've seen some internal reshuffling, but nothing overtly drastic. Just curious if others are picking up on this vibe too, or if I'm just being overly paranoid. The market feels pretty shaky in general for real estate, so maybe it's just that. But still, worth asking if anyone's hearing anything concrete or just generally feeling the same way. Trying to stay positive but also want to be prepared if things do start to move.

I hear you. While I haven't noticed anything screaming 'layoffs,' the 'doing more with less' sentiment is definitely palpable. It feels like a strategic tightening, maybe anticipating some market headwinds or looking to optimize efficiency across the board. Internal discussions have certainly shifted towards resource allocation and project prioritization in a more granular way. It's a noticeable change from a couple of years ago.

Yeah, I've felt that shift too. It's less about overt problems and more about a general recalibration. Budgets seem tighter, and approvals take longer. It's like the company is being more deliberate with every move. It's probably a smart move in the current economic climate, but it does create a slightly more tense atmosphere for those of us on the ground.
