Hey everyone, been with ATC for a few years now and things feel a bit… stagnant lately. We haven't had any official announcements, but I'm noticing a definite slowdown in hiring for open roles, and some departments seem to have frozen headcount. It's not just my team; I've heard similar whispers from colleagues in other divisions too. With the current economic climate and interest rate hikes affecting real estate and infrastructure, it's not entirely surprising, but it does make you wonder what the long-term plan is. Are others experiencing this? Is it just a seasonal thing or something more significant? Trying not to panic, but would appreciate any insights or similar observations from fellow Tower employees.

I've been feeling the same way. While there haven't been any official layoffs or major announcements, the hiring process for open positions has become incredibly slow. It feels like approvals are taking much longer, and some roles that were previously considered urgent are now on the back burner. Definitely a noticeable shift from even six months ago. Hope it's just a temporary adjustment to the market.
