ATC - Any rumors on Q4 restructuring?

Is it just me, or does the vibe in the office feel off lately? I’ve been hearing whispers about tightening budgets across the infrastructure and leasing teams. Usually, by this time of year, we have a clearer picture of the roadmap for Q1, but everything feels like it’s being held in a 'wait and see' pattern. My manager keeps dodging questions about headcount projections for next year, which is never a great sign. I know the towers aren't going anywhere, but with the way capital allocation is being re-evaluated, I’m worried we’re about to see some consolidation of roles. Has anyone heard anything substantial, or are we just reading too much into the current cost-cutting initiatives? Trying to figure out if I should start polishing the resume now or if I’m just being paranoid.
